Each floor does a different job. The quiet floors are for heads-down work and stay quiet, the social floors are where people talk, and the cafe is on the ground floor. That separation is the point: you choose the room to match the work, instead of one big hall trying to be everything at once.

An honest comparison
Chiang Mai has good coworking. Punspace, Yellow, Alt_ChiangMai, Hub53 and Heartwork are all real options, and if what you need is 24/7 access on a monthly membership, several of them offer that and we do not. We close at midnight.
What you get here instead: the evening without a membership (open to midnight daily on a 300 THB day pass, which the 24/7 spaces do not offer), a monitor on every desk at no extra cost, quiet floors that are actually separate, and a staffed content studio with a team of editors in the same building, which no desk in the city comes with.

What are the opening hours?
9am to midnight, every day of the week, and you do not need a membership to be here in the evening. If you need 24/7 access on a monthly plan, spaces like Punspace, Yellow and Hub53 offer that instead.
Does RealSpace have monitors?

Can I take calls there?
