RealSpace is a coworking space with a broadcast-grade content studio in the same building: three Shure microphones, two cameras, lights, a teleprompter and an acoustically treated room. The difference from every other studio room in a Chiang Mai coworking space is the team. They set it up, film you, and edit the footage. You talk, we handle the rest.
Not a self-service room
Other Chiang Mai coworking spaces have recording rooms you book and figure out yourself. Here, you do not touch the equipment unless you want to. The team preps the room before your session, runs cameras and sound while you record, and there are editors in the building who turn the footage into finished content.

Studio access with a membership
The studio is built into two memberships, so recording becomes part of your working week rather than a production you organise:

Do I have to operate the equipment myself?

It is included in the Content Creator's Pass at 7,500 THB a month, which covers unlimited coworking plus 8 studio hours. Outside a membership it is from 1,500 THB an hour.
What is the Podcast Pro membership?
15,000 THB a month for everything in the Content Creator's Pass plus 2 fully edited podcast episodes and 8 edited social media reels each month.
Can I get my videos edited there?
Yes. There is a team of editors in the building. On Podcast Pro the editing is included; otherwise ask at the desk and they will quote it through RealSpace Creative, the agency side of the company.
Can I record with a guest?
Yes, the studio is set up for two-person recordings with three microphones, so a host, a guest and a spare.
